This blog is written from Dalwhinnie, the only place above Stirling where you can drink a good cup of coffee!
But about yesterday here some facts:
The Mamores are well know as a great range of mountains. Normally you can climb all Munros with three different routes in three days. To walk all Munros is an outrageous performance...and that's what we like!
Everything went well but after 5 Munros, Henry has to quit because of feet problems. So bye bye Henry, I will see you at the car later!
The weather was outstanding for a walk like this; sometimes cloudy and then sunny with a fresh wind!
The legs where working hard but has never been tired just up to Stob Ban the 9th Munro. After Stob Ban I had to walk a very long way to the last one and I had to vomite my stomach empty. I think because of a combination of cold wind, fatigue, and melting water! So the legs where empty! But still going strong!
The sun gave me a lot of satisfaction and nice shots!
The descent was very hard because I don't like walking down. But the music of Wolfstone on my iPhone gave me a lot of strenght!
Just before dark I reached the end of the journey and there was Henry waiting for me.
Now we are heading for Crieff. Today we will enjoy the good weather and some Geocaching.
